Return Process

  Contact our customer service team or visit your local Home Zone showroom within 30 days of delivery to start the return process.

  Prepare Item for Inspection

  Ensure the furniture is in its original, like-new condition and keep all original packaging and assembly hardware ready for review.

  Schedule Pickup or Drop-off

  Coordinate a convenient time for our delivery team to collect the item from your home, or bring smaller items directly to our warehouse.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once the item is inspected and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or delivery fees.
